What a Typical Job Looks Like

Call or text us and describe what the device is doing — offline, frozen, not showing up in the app, whatever it is.

We look it over, figure out what's actually wrong, and walk you through it in plain English before any repair starts.

We'll walk you through the cost before any work starts, including our service minimum. If parts turn out to be needed, we'll quote those once we're into the job — no surprises. Once you're good with it, we make the fix and test everything before calling it done.
Serving the Coastside & Bay Area
We have family and friends on the coast and we're over there regularly on weekends anyway. No extra charge for coming over the hill — honestly, we enjoy the drive.
