Why we keep it
To reply to you and to do the repair. Nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone outside the business. We do not run ad tracking.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The company that hosts the site (Vercel) keeps the ordinary server logs that every web host keeps.
Devices we repair
We do not copy or keep your personal files unless the repair needs it (for example, moving your photos to a new computer). Anything we had to copy is deleted when the job is done.
